I will be starting poly very soon and my mother was thinking of purchasing a new laptop for me however my brother already has a laptop that he is willing to give me to use for poly. He gave me his asus gaming laptop i think it is an A15 or something like that. I’m going to do a science course in RP and i was wondering if the gaming laptop will be good enough?

ok so for context i applied to all 5 polytechnics and have received 4 results so far.

Currently i do not have my laptop yet. However, they asked me to apply for the diploma student concession card and the email said i can check my application status at RP portal. Can i still apply for the card even tho i havent complete my laptop configuration

Hey guys so I'm just wondering if it is necessary to submit the GIRO application online since its for the payment of school fees or is there any other methods for the payment of school fees for RP? Also, is there a dateline to get that done?

Hi hi, im a Republic poly student. If we were to configure our laptop, will we have restriction on using it? Like playing games, downloading games or deleting application from the computer. Cause im afraid i would be able to use my laptop for games and work. Pls advice!!! Thank you!
