Hi! I'm a sec 4 taking N levels this year. I've been looking for marine bio courses and I need some advice on polytechnic courses for marine bio! I've been thinking about Republic poly but I've been having second thoughts bc my friends has been telling me it has a bad rep and not to go…
If anyone has any advice please 🙏 I just got my parents to agree to me pursuing marine biology and I'm wanting to stick though with it!

Hello, I was just wondering how many LOA or Absents or combined that you can take in a 10-week or 13-week module. I just do not like my FCM classes as they take away time that I can do for other ESE GAs and FYP, being senior year already I am exhausted. I am also curious about at what point does attendance status becomes a "warning".

Guys so I didn't do well for olevels and can only choose the course that I want in Republic Poly but I heard RP is like the worst poly??? So uhm should I choose like a course im not as interested in from schools like Nanyang/Ngee Ann or should I just choose the course im interested in from RP?

Currently, I'm in Y3S2, pursuing a Diploma in Integrated Events Management (School of Hospitality) at Republic Polytechnic. My GPA has been consistent at 2.8 since Year 1, mainly due to challenges in modules requiring calculations, while I excel in others with A and B grades.
I'm considering applying to SIT for Hospitality Business. Given my course and two years of work experience in hospitality, I believe I have a good chance of acceptance, considering SIT's emphasis on related experiences….

year 3 student from republic poly (2021 april intake), took an extra semester due to failing a module and will be ending the semester in february this yr, initially supposed to graduate this april but i will be taking my internship from march to july this yr instead.
when will i officially graduate? will there still be a ceremony? or will my graduation ceremony still be in april as an unofficial one? thx in advance
