I am a graduated Poly student going to retake another course in SP. What do I do if I don't have a CCA cert?
For more context. I graduated from my Secondary School in 2020, entered Republic Poly at 2021 and graduated at 2024. Now I am going to apply to SP to take another course, however I was asked to provide my CCA grade/cert. I don’t remember whether I got it before or not because I looked through my folders and no CCA cert. What do I do if I cant find it, is there a way to obtain the cert?
