RP enrolment upload ID issue??
hi anyone enrolling into RP? for step 3 which requires me to upload my ID, they asked for PNG format, but i did it and it literally said ‘invalid file type’. i then tried it with jpeg and img and it still does not work which means i literally cannot proceed ahead with my enrolment and if this continues i cannot submit my enrolment and will be dropped by the course by Monday. does anyone know how to work around this issue?
