For context, I have extensive and ongoing trauma from abuse at home, and as promised my previous counsellor in sec school didn't mention anything to any social worker under my request and helped me more than I can express throughout my secondary school life. I guess my questions are

It’s been a while since I did the online enrolment form and RP hasn’t got back to me with a verified email regarding the student portal ID registration.
Should I be concerned about it? I have called them multiple times and they told me to wait as they process my application. I don’t know if this has anything to do with me being a pfp student or not as pfp students are not considered year 1 yet. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing as me currently? I’m afraid that I’m not…

for context i did quite badly for o levels and got raw 18(-2 for cca points) and i got into RP common science programme through jae. I applied DAE to NYP and I just got an email from NYP stating that they will interview me for the common science programme at NYP. I have no idea what they might ask and i need some help in preparing for this interview. Thank you

Guys for the RP laptop configuration am I supposed to do the SNApp app thing on my laptop or my phone? Cause I somehow can't do it on my laptop and it says that the app is available for some of my devices (my phone) so does that mean that the SNApp app is not available on my laptop?
