I'm currently in year 1 Common ICT and pretty sure we need to pick a diploma but I have a problem that not sure I will be in the same class with students who studied the diploma in year 1 or students who studied common in Y1 since I have trouble making friends since the first semester in 2023. Is it concerning for not really making actual friends?

hi! for jae, i applied for all sci courses (like optometry & common sci) and did not get into ANY of my 12 choices.. and they put me in rp’s industrial & management operations (r11) in which i have no interest in at all
so obviously i tried jae appealing to these respective courses
sp’s optometry (8-12)
nyp’s common sci (5-12)

So i enrolled into the DIT (R12) course in RP and i got an email stating that MacBooks with the 'M' chipsets are not suitable for use. The thing is, i own a 2021 MacBook Pro which has the M1 Pro chipset which i forked out a lot of $$$ to buy and it has been the best laptop ive used so far, and it is the only laptop i have rn (i dont game). Does this mean i have to sell it and get Windows laptop? Cuz im gonna make a massive loss selling it which is pretty sad.
