Unnatural hair color accepted in rp or not? 💀

Recently wanted to bleach my hair at home a lil bit , thought results wouldn't be that obvious and would turn out brown after using only one packet but instead my hair got a lil brighter and it turned out orange in the front and my back isn't entirely colored at the back ( still black at the back but bright orange/brown at the front 💀) but I'm scared that rp won't allow (since I heard they're quite strict on hair colors and mine obv doesn't look natural at all so I'm making this post to…

NS Application

Hi,Im 17 years old currently going to start my pfp year in RP,Ive recieved my NS application to register,but im not sure how to differ ik that i must go to nsportal but im not sure what documents i need as it dosent tell us and i want to complete my 4 years in rp before heading to NS.Help me out if youve been in my position or youre also having the same issue as me
