THE Housing and Development Board’s Build-to-Order (BTO) scheme may spur early marriages, but it may have also contributed to a higher propensity for divorce, a study by three National University of Singapore (NUS) professors showed.

In the previous ranking, NUS became the first university from Asia to be in the top 10.

For the vast majority of undergrads staying in double rooms the fee increase is nine per cent.

NTU is ranked 15th, while NUS is highest-ranked Asian university.
