Does Republic Polytechnic's school software restrict a lot?

Hi everyone a bit of a late post but I got into Republic Polytechnic and after quite a bit I heard from a friend that Replubic Poly’s school system might actually restrict some software like games on my laptop. As I already have a laptop with pre-existing games and game platform like steam, roblox and akrnights endfield, I was curious as to whether my games and software might actually get restricted once I’m done setting it up. worried for poly gpa as an incoming y1 in rp biomed

like what the title said, im really worried about how poly life will be like since the whole gpa system is vastly different from the grading system in secondary school. im afraid i might fall behind even if i study a lot. i dont know what to expect so itd be really great if anyone has any tips. 🙂

also, i rarely post on reddit so forgive me if my title seems a bit odd.
