When my Alarm goes off in the Morning I Turn it off in my sleep, then a Family member tries to wake me up but ill shout at them to get out in my half sleep. Then once I really wake up I cant remember anything of that. When I hear the Alarm I just Fall back asleep.
Can anybody help me with This Problem im frustrated

Dreams are too real
Dreams feel too real always
I don’t feel rested at all when I wake up. In the morning it takes a while for me to realize everything that happened was just a dream. A lot of the time I’m not even sure if something actually happened or if it was part of a dream.
Small things I thought about or saw during the day often show up in my dreams, but it’s like I’m seeing the “future” version of them in the dream.
It makes waking up confusing sometimes because the dreams feel very real.
