Honestly I love republic poly it’s great but when it comes to ccas it’s really the start of a fucking downfall. I really and I mean really want to do debate (but I’m such a beginner at it). All the otherpolys have debate but my poly. Honestly I’m thinking I should definitely start one interest group but I’m concerned of whether people will actually be interested in debating given it is republic poly. Is there any external beginner debtate groups I could join?

my gpa is not the greatest im rlly worried that i might get rejected from the companies bc of my gpa…what will happen if i dont get accepted at all in rp??? how does rp internship work? do we get a list of companies or must we research ourselves??

So I just watched a video from rp like a grad vid like asking the grads their gpa and they’re all like 2.5-3.0 around there from what i know that’s considered.. average?? Idkkk like what’s the average is it really that difficult to maintain 3.5 and above im scared btw im y1🤢🤢🤢🤢😭😭😭😭😭

fyi, I am a Year 1 Cybersecurity student in RP and I have a written test coming up soon. I was wondering if the cohort performs well in the test, does the number of students getting an A decreases or is there no change at all? I had a goal in mind to get 3.8 in my semester as I heard that the first semester highly dictates your path for the rest of your time spent in poly.

since this is like ALL theory do I js do the traditional take notes memorise and study way or do I js try understand everything then copy the slides during exams since it’s open book there’s no past year papers for this module. all the other modules is so easy but this one’s difficulty gap is so huge I’m actually so worried that I’m gonna fail this module I can’t bother read 70 slides just for e learning. There shldnt be applications for this just memorise and copy right…… Help bro 8…
